Riccardo Caffarella Architect
Born in Mantova in 1969, graduated from the Politecnico di Milano in 1997.
Since his youth Riccardo has achieved a great experience in the fields of architectural design, building, and construction management.
When he finished his university studies he developed his architectonic projects.
In 1999 he opened his own Studio, Riccardo Caffarella Architetto, in Mantova (Italy), with the collaboration of professionals specialists in different areas of the architectonic world.
His activity is formed as an studio of architectonic projects, building, construction, and advising, services for private and residential architecture, functional interiors, constructive services;
it provides maintenance, conservation and restoration of historic buildings; his experience and knowledge offer the creation of intelligent houses and environmentally-friendly constructions; everything on the basis of sustainable architecture.
Riccardo’s work is known through his projects, his constructions and services, which combine beauty and functionality according to the client’s personality and needs, as well as to the environment characteristics.
The structures enable to interpret every issue and resolve it, working in the collaboration of a group of professionals specialists in different areas of architectural design, project development and constructive intelligence.
Caffarella’s Studio is able to perform ideas and projects of all architectonic aspects: the development of complex constructions, personalized works, renewal of an apartment, the creation of business spaces, advising for industrial design and,
the web site. In the same way it offers a critical approach in the fields of modification of physical spaces, the relation between the architectural type and the urban morphology, techniques innovation and consideration of the modern system
of sustainability in the contemporary debates.
